Job Description:
1. Strategic planning and target setting: Responsible for the development of material market strategic planning and sales targets according to the overall strategy of the company.

Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for making R&D plans and implementing AOI equipment systems; According to the requirements and technical status, formulate corresponding solutions, performance indicators, system architecture module planning, hardware selection, software function module definition.
2. Technical research and intellectual property accumulation: analyze and identify the key points and difficulties of the system, formulate corresponding optimization and research plans, and form the requirements of standardized modules for intellectual property accumulation and identification, and be responsible for the construction of general design platform for product lines and the promotion of standardization.
3. R & D team management: responsible for R & D personnel training, technical guidance, team building and performance management, guiding team members to solve technical problems, improve team capabilities, and strongly promote R & D progress.

Overall responsible for the system software design of AOI testing equipment: upper computer software requirement analysis, function definition, software architecture design, interface UI design, hardware driver interface invocation, etc.; Responsible for detection algorithm deployment and partial detection algorithm development, report design, and other related work.
2. Independently complete project work: quickly understand customer needs, quickly complete project development, testing, joint coordination and verification of system hardware and software; File, maintain and optimize project deliverables, summarize project experience;
3. Partial technical support and pre-research: responsible for partial on-site support during project implementation, able to adapt to short-term project travel and on-site development, and coordinate with project manager to follow up project status;
